A wood scrap menorah, that is…
A little gift for my father.
We rummaged through my wood scraps and came up with the basic shape, without any drawings. I nailed the pieces together, primed it and took a photo (top). Then I drew on the photo using my cell phone, trying various color schemes (second to fifth pictures). We selected the last (third from the bottom) drawing and I painted the menorah to match (bottom two pictures).
“Ah Lichtige Hanukkah!”, a bright and light-filled Hanukkah to all.
