Designed with Porte d’Italia North. On a sloping corner site, ground flood commercial is on two sides, with an underground garage below and residential above.

Portico*

Ground floor commercial spaces on both sides of the flat corner site. Residential above and parking below. A vertical tower marks the corner.

 

Villagio*

A mixed-use project without underground parking. Ground floor commercial spaces are on one side of the flat corner site. Two layers of 2 story townhouses are above, creating a four story building. Parking is behind retail, in private garages and surface parking.
