A new form of single family infill housing. Detached homes, each on their own small lots, are clustered around a motor court. Provides a livable alternate to condominiums.

Detached homes arranged around motor courts. 3 Br/2Ba homes have direct access 2 car garages and private yards.

 

Villamontes*

Homes on small lots. Garages are moved to the back to minimize their impact and create a pedestrian friendly streetscape.

 

Beacon Point*

Narrow lots with garages off alleys create a rich, walking friendly streetscape with no driveways.
